Returns and Refund Policy
At DreamFarmm, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return a product or request a refund, please read our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 1 day of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product is in unused condition and in its original packaging, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the product you want.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will process a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy to return the product for a refund.
