Ingredients: Pearl Millet, Urad dal, Methi seeds.

Preparation:

Take 1 cup of dosa powder mix with 1 cup of water little by little to get a dosa batter consistency (add more water if it is required) You can also add onion, cumin, green chillies, ginger if you need or you can also prepare plain dosa. Pour the dosa batter on a greased tawa. Pearl Millet dosa is ready to serve.
